Turned the alarm off this morning - seriously considered getting up, but my back was aching for some reason so I talked myself into giving my body a break :-). I have an older friend Helen who is going through a debilitating back/neck pain problem...and I have visions that at 45 years old, need to take care of the old bod so I can hang in there w/out a wheelchair when I'm 60. I don't stretch, for example, ever, and I'm wondering if I should get into yoga, or core strength training more. Looking back, my routine in my early years was to eat, drink, smoke without abandon....then wake up and run a 10K no prob. Clearly that phase of my life is passed, au revoir.
Last night had a couple of gardenburgers w/out buns, and popcorn. Strange combo, but wasn't up for making a salad, which is lame. Tonight Tony and I are having dinner together, will get some proteins and veggies in fo sho.
